Terms of Service

Packs, prices, and weights shown on the site are the ones we sell. A few sachets and the dry fruit range are marked out of stock, and those cannot be added to the cart.

An order is confirmed after payment. The minimum order is ₹400 before shipping. If a pack you paid for is not available, we will contact you at the email or phone on the order before it leaves Purnea.

Privacy Policy

We use the name, phone, email, and address you enter at checkout to pack and deliver the order, and to reach you if something about that order needs a decision.

Scanning a pack QR opens our company page. It does not ask you to sign in. Payment is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card number on this website.

Shipping Policy

Orders are packed in Purnea. Shipping is ₹50 on every order that has items in it. We send a confirmation once the order is placed. For a bulk or gifting quantity, call +91 9472951760 or email hps.purnea@gmail.com and we will confirm the dispatch.

Return & Refund Policy

If a pack arrives damaged, or it is not the one you ordered, write to hps.purnea@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the pack. We will tell you whether that order can be replaced or refunded.

Opened food packs cannot be resold, so a change-of-mind return is not offered once the seal is broken.
